I've created my take on the early RB tactics with an intense, high-pressure, offensive tactic. But the result is, that I have very high possession +58% every game, give very few chances away, but struggle to create CCC's and goals. In fact the opposite, of what I anticipated. As of now I've played 25 games and my two top goal scores have scored 8 goals each (the pressing forward and the mezzala).
The formation is a 4312 narrow. And as you can see on the attached images, my aim was to force the ball through the center of the pitch, and offer the right back as wide player on the right, and the mezzala as the wide player on the left. So basically the formation is a 3-2-3-2 when attacking.

Input to how I can make this tactic more offensive and score more goals is much appreciated.
4312 - well balanced defensively, but without offensive output?
