There is no Northern Europe either. Do I have to pick every nations manually if I want to scout my home region? It's not a big problem for Scandinavia, but I assume there are regions with more than 6 nations.

How do I assign a scout to my own region? I'm in Scandinavia, but under regions I can only assign scouts to Central, South and Eastern Europe and UK & Ireland.

And does individual scouting assignments on a player affect how well an assignment is going. Like if I tell my scout in Sweden to scout a player in Italy. Will the assignment to Sweden be affected in any way?

I have a similar problem. The US is set as default selected nation for me even after deleting cache and preferences. All my formats have also been set to american formats. I assume that the game gets this information from the OS somehow but I don't know which setting. My region and formats in windows is set to Norway. Is there any way to get Norway as my default selected nation?
