  1. Thanks Francis, I have been using the get scout report under the report tab, but the top scout player button doesn't show it works whereas before it would usually say scouting in progress or something along them lines.

  2. Good Morning, 

    I hope this is the right place to post this issue.

    I started a new save with the winter update and i am having problems scouting players. 


    As you can see on the screenshot under the report tab it gives me the option to scout player twice, however, neither of them do anything. I have an abundance of staff employed so this isn't the issue either. I have tried reloading skin and clearing cache too.

    Please help so i can scout all these wonderkids!

    Hi Alex, one of the moderators mentioned yesterday afternoon they managed to source a machine and they are working on the issue. 
     

    Sadly we’re all waiting on an answer from SI again now as to what’s going on... which I was hoping would’ve come today.

    Evening Neil, 

    I know it might be like asking how long is a piece of string, however, I’ll ask the question on everyone’s lips, do you have an anticipated time scale on this? 
     

    I know a few people have mentioned getting refunds if there is no fix or purchasing new laptops such as myself, but, don’t want to spend unnecessarily.

    So it appears to me that the issue is with the Intel 3000 graphics card rather than the operating system. 

    Unfortunately there's no easy way to upgrade this in the 2011 Macbook Pro so we're relying on SI for a fix.

    I have found exactly the same, one of my friends has a MacBook (2012) with 10.13.16 installed, High Sierra too and the only difference is the Intel graphics card and his works, a little sluggish, but it works. 
     

    Be nice to get an update from SI, as if I’m going to have to reluctantly purchase a new laptop, I’m eyeing the Black Friday sales to do so.

    To confirm we are aware of an issue affecting users on 2011 Macbooks where the game may freeze or crash during matches or when creating a manager. These specific machines from what we've seen are on 10.13.6 and have an Intel HD 3000 graphics card. This is an issue we've been made aware of and we're trying to source a system to reproduce this. 

    Whilst we try and make sure to test across every combination of system as we can, this has been especially challenging this year as the entire studio is working remotely due to Covid-19. Hopefully as soon as we can get a system we can get this issue investigated and fixed. 

    For any user having similar issues who IS NOT on 10.13.6 or IS NOT running a 2011 Macbook with an Intel HD 3000 graphics card - PLEASE CREATE YOU OWN THREAD.

    We ask this so we have clarity on the issues affecting users to make sure nothing gets missed.

    Whilst we understand this is frustrating if you have this system, we are working as hard as we can to get the issue fixed.

    We're fairly certain it's affecting users on 10.13.6 with Intel HD 3000 graphics, but would be good to clarify.

    If any of you are in a position to update your Operating System (which is free on Mac) we would suggest trying to do so.
