  1. Really like this idea. Gives you more autonomy as manager. Discussions with board could be along the lines of 'spend £x million on upgrading youth facilities/recruitment by 0.5-5* and reduce transfer budget by £y million.' With several options to get the right balance for your team in relation to clue vision/reputation/division etc.

  2. Manger reactions mid-game, a bit like tunnel interviews:

    Example:

You go 1-0 , how do you react?

    - Stay calm, there's a long way to go

    - Fist pump a 'get in'

    - Turn to your fans and encourage them to get behind the boys

    - Run the length of the touchline and knee-slide in front of your fans [passionate]

    - Turn to the opposition dugout and give it big ones

You could have different reactions for different scenarios ie. scoring a late winner or pulling one back when you five down, or conceding (eg. kick a water bottle). You could set a preset reaction in keeping with your general approach to management (professional / understated / over the top), or have the option to turn it off completely, or turn it on for important games only.

Further to that if you are constantly being aggressive towards the opposition dugout you could get sent to the stands and be unable to make changes during the rest of the match or receive and touchline ban. Press-conferences could ask questions about your actions to give them more individuality. Players could react positively or negatively towards you based on their personalities too. Model professionals could become upset if you're continually being unprofessional on the sideline.

I think it would be a nice addition to give your manager more of your own personality with real in-game consequences.
