With Liverpool my choice of forwards are, Torres, Benzema, Vagner Love, Aguero. Who should i choose and which would be best for each player e.g who should be ST and who should be CF, also CMs Mascherano, Hamsik, Gago, Veloso ? i assume all of them 4 CMs would work.

The 4 mids should be great. For the strikers, in general, the denominations they have in the game (F C or ST) apply pretty well. I would have Love/Aguero at FW and Torres/Benzema at ST.

Hey, which one would you say at FW and which one at ST?

Going by mental attributes, Trellez seems better at forward, but technical attributes suggest Chernov. Which one is better where?

Hi Sergiu21, I tried that when I created the tactic in 9.0.2 and it failed badly. The FC had more impact on the game with scoring and assists. Could you try it out on 9.0.3 to see how it works and feedback. Cheers.

yeah, the AMC i used got really poor ratings for the handful of games i tried. Not the best one, cause I was trying with a low division team, but he still had 14s for dribbling and passing, and creativity and flair were double digits as well, so he was all right. However, he got <6.5, low passing %s, so I'm gon try him at MC and go back to playing with a forward. He was a new free transfer signing, so maybe he needed more time, but I'm pushing for promotion this season and I really dont want to draw more games I need to be winning.

What are you looking to improve specifically for V3?

Tylerbode, the attributes you suggest for the forward position seem to attacking midfielder style ones. If you have a good AM then (which does not have ST as an accomplished position), would he perform better there than the MC position? It seems that way.

Great tactic, have been using with Villarreal, and finsihed 3rd in the first season. However, it seems to be quite bad against strong teams away from home. Playing Real and Barca away they both had 20+ total shots to my <5. Most of the shots were long, credit for that, and I only lost to them 1-0 and 2-0 respectively, but did not create anything offensively. In the CL, after a first leg that I won 2-0, I got walloped by Liverpool at Anfield 5-0 (Gerrard 4 goals), them playing a 4-2-3-1, with 2 DMs and 3 AMs, striker offset to the left.

What tweaks would you recommend against these teams away from home? In retrospect, I should have moved the MCs to DMs and dropped the creative striker to an AM position in order to nurse that 2-0 against Liverpool, but I felt confident, since I outplayed them at home.

EDIT: with Wes' post I noticed the V2, is that to combat this?
