well, it was available through backroom advise they suggested a tutor for him (which i selected "tutor him" and the process began, but if i went directly to interact with the player i couldnt tutor him..

I didnt want to create a new thread for this question, but i just went into backroom advice, and they recommend tutoring a youngster with one of my senior players. The thing i dont understand is, that if i interact with the youngster i dont get the choice of toutoring him. Why cant i tutor him without the backroom advice?

how long does it take after you have tutored a youngster until you can do it again?

also, how long until you can ask for a new feeder club?

Is there a way to deal with confrontational players or do you have to live with your own stupidity of signing them? Signed some talents, and they wont bother being tutored

i would also like to ask if there is a decent way to use the search engine. I always end up with being more confused searching for answers than i was before. I tried + and " but im not sure how it works.

Thanks for posting the tactic, ive been waiting and looking for your winger tactic!

Im playing Newcastle first season premier league, but not with the best squad due to poor finances and some injuries on important players. I changed to this tactic in the middle of january and im now at the end of march. I've recorded 7 wins including beating Man.City twice, Arsenal once, 6 draws incl. Chelsea and Liverpool, 3 losses against Everton, Burnley and Scunthorpe (fa cup). The lowest possesion i've had is 49% but most games i have dominated. Also chances created has gone drasticly up but still loads of shots off target, but i havent really got the strikers to fit the roles good enough as of yet, same as defensive midfielders. Im sure that with better players, this would work wonders for my Newcastle team! Yet again i would like to thank you for making this tactic!

Oh, i forgot to mention that i recieved a foolish amount of cards when using the winger tactic..

Hi, i've had some success with this tactic. I have a question about something thats been bothering me, because we are spoiling waaay too many changes with shots outside the box, and my assistant man. constantly that we are creating lots of changes but only from long range. How can I adjust the settings to try to get more balls to the strikers? I've tried to set the midfielders to few long shots and more trough balls, but with no great success. Any ideas? Do you need to know my players?
