Irl tricks are very common and below i suggest some tricks to add to fm

1 Stepover

2 Roulette

3 Fake Shot

4 Fake Shot and scoop turn

5 ball roll

6 body feint

7 la croqueta

Wages

1 Many players want to have 4 times more their wages, uknown ones like 25 times more, also it looks like they see club budget

2 Players want to have like 400k wage then leave for like 150k wages

Ability and Attributes

1 Remove Potential ability, and make attributes like determination, ambition, professionalism decide how good player can be

2 add attribute "Shot Power" and finishing from air (however you would call it) for example Haaland kick vs Dortmund

Set Pieces

1 ability to score dirrectly from corner by accident or speccialy. something that would make players want to score from corners would be trait "Tries to score from corners" (from right/left corner)

2 more variations from free kicks (with two or more) ( by faking a shot)  like: pass back to player, also fake a shot to see what opposition would do

In game things

1 more haircuts for players and managers

2 celebrations

 

 

 

[Remove Potential Ability]

but in fm i dont think player can get better than his potential ability 

[Include new role/modify existing role to include goalkeeper in backline while building up]

Man Utd also uses it

[Start with a real coach]

i think it should be asked first play with real coach or not real if somebody would like to play with Xabi Alonso in Liverpool it is just example

[u16 teams]

In real life there are u16 teams and i think they should be added to the game for more realistic youth development

[Add more attributes]

I think attributes like shot power, passing range, long passing, passing accuracy, timing, pressing, slide tackling, normal tackling

[Remove Potential Ability]

I think potential ability should be removed because in real life there is no thing like it because player may get better than expected
