I like the usual AP on the attack, it helps in playing the ball from the back, it attacks the penalty area, it can also help on the sides. I also noticed that AFa is probably the best choice as a striker, he behaves like PF and CF and P, I think :). I haven't achieved anything great with a balanced mentality, since FM20 I've only played with an offensive mentality

I did dozens of tests with teams Chelsea, Leeds, Crystal Palace. I have come to the conclusion that the best mentality is balanced. This is especially visible in the game IFa in 433, with CFs they do amazing things :). In 433 giving LOE max and DL max , without prevent GK pressing works fine too

I like the 433 formation, maybe I can give you some advice, you have 3 players attacking the AF CM IF penalty area who don't engage in playing the ball much, DLP on defense will not move high in the opponent's penalty area, there is BWM who is not very creative, so you only have 1 creative IW player. You need to change the midfield a bit, for example: DMs/CMs/ BWMs then you have a nice midfield in defense and players who deliver the ball to AF and IF
