One aspect of the tactic which is really working for me is the link up between Pires and Henry (Cazorla and Sanchez).
CF(S) is making plenty of runs into the left hand channel which the WPM is finding with increasing regularity.
Not quite getting the crosses from the left hand side but I think that can be rectified with a decent Ljungberg with 'Get into the opposition area' PPM.
I do have the Bergkamp role as a Defensive Forward (d) which is quite static and prevents the CF from drifting over to the right.

I'm in my second season, have been scouring the database for a Dennis Bergkamp without any success.
The solution might have been in my squad already, Ainsley Maitland-Niles. He's got great teamwork and flair and decent physical and technical stats, some of his mentals need improvement but hes got lots of potential.
Also no preferred moves.

I've been trying to recreate this.
Tried Ozil up front too, but hes too lightweight and drifts in and out of games. Bergkamp was the lynchpin and a lot tougher than people gave him credit for.
Also bought Breel Embolo to be a long term Ljungberg, found out he has the 'play with back to goal' ppm. Doh.

How important is the aggression stat for more attacking players?
Interested in building something with Arsenal's young squad but their aggression stat is largely woeful across the board.
OP states it relates to willingness to involve themselves in the game, a low stat seems very counter-productive in this setup.
