  1. 1 hora atrás, CKBrahMa disse:

    First of all, having a “loved” captain that retire almost always hit the moral of your squad.
    Adding that you have 4 very influent players that are upset against you. You said yourself that they’re very close (in the same social group) : whole bunch of players are sticking together for those 4 guys. I think this answer your first point.

    For the 2nd point, players can stop to train well, less involve during games. If you start loosing, they’ll be upset more quickly, which can harm your position as manager.

    What can you do (3rd point)

    - Praise the players who trained well, praise their behaviour ;

    - Win games ;

    - If you can make some of the unhappy happy (new contract, promises), do it.

    and, wait.

    Thank you buddy! I will follow your sugestions :)

    If someone could speak in more detail about “Contrasting personalities”, i’ll be grateful.

  2. Hello community!

    I’m playing FM2020 with Bayern (in August/2033 at the weekend of Bundesliga’s debut) and the bar of Dressing Room Atmosphere fell to Good (and dropping) in two weeks: the only indication i have is that “There are too many contrasting personalities throughout the club”. My squad is composed by “Professional”, “Model Professional” and “Model Citizen” only. Some facts to add: 1) My old captain retired (Leon Goretzka) at the end of 32/33 season and was replaced by an amazing 29 year-old newgen (arrived at club with 17 years and a regular starter since 18) who is the Germany captain since 2030; 2) I finished 3rd in Club World Championship this season; 3) My squad have five players brought from U19 squad; 4) My group is very solid, with the 27 players at the Core Social Group; 5) Except for the youngsters and the sub GL, the rest are Influential or Highly Influential; 6) Currently i have only six players (of 27) concerned about playing time: one Team Leader, three Highly Influential and one Influential.

    So, let’s go to the questions: 1) Why is this happening?; 2) What are the long-term effects of this issue?; 3) There is something i could do to solve this?

    Thanks in advance!
