[Players’ home-grown situation is incorrectly displayed]

Having the same issue, purchased a player at 18 years old in the summer transfer window, approaching January now and there is nothing to show that they are progressing towards being home grown so I can't be sure this player will become a home grown at club player at the moment, screenshot to show no progress for club trained at or nation trained in, also screenshot attached of the player as well, they are still 18 at the moment

[B team seem to have just been removed from league system]

Update, I think I may know the reason, Queen Of the South are an affiliate club and gained promotion to the same league as my reserve team, likely they cannot play in the same division so my B team have now been removed and randomly replaced by Brora Rangers who have been promoted from the non playable highland league straight to the championship, lucky break for them I suppose but likely my B team will never see competitive league football again
