Tried that.Matthias Ginter. Made him TOP target. Player was extremely interested. Made lower bid. They rejected, waited one week, made again, rejected, 1 week wait, made bid above value, they accepted it, now player has no interest in joining.

Playing as Liverpool didn't work. Can't Unsettle mid-lower table premier league team players, top half bundesliga team players. And players who has less than 1-2 years left in his contract. Is there any particular way to do it. Didn't made 0$ bid but, 20-30% less than transfer value.

If you are expecting 11.75 up front, then that's why they are pulling out or offering you a smaller fee, if you see my meaning. If you don't like the deal, then just hang onto him until you get a better offer from a different club. There's always a few teams that will try it on as it were to test your resolve and unsettle the player as it is IRL.

With leao I also presume arsenal offered you 12.5 up front with additional add ons to sweeten the deal to take it over his transfer value. If not, then that was in the beta save and fees were slightly off and have been improved. 

I mean the juventus offer was ridiculous. They offered with 5 different add ons. Biggest add one was for champions league win. So do i do the same with AI. Should I offer them the same way? Will it work I mean i only played it for 65 hours. So I don't know every expect.

So I just started Ajax save. And I know Liverpool offers for Noussair Maraoui every single time. And he always go for 11M pounds or more. When They offer me 3.5M(4.6M). And I started negotiating. I started negotiating with them. His guided value was 11-15M. I asked for 15M. they came up with 4M(5M). I lowered fee to 13M. They offered 4.2(5.2M). I then asked for 11M they counter offer with 4.3M(5.3M). And when I lowered it to 9M they withdrawn. Juventus came up with even ridiculous transfer offer of 2.2M(3.4M). With champions league winning fee and after 50 league appereance 475K. I started negotiating. Offered them 10M and they just storm out.

So after that I created new save and start as unemployed. I knew Liverpool will make the offer of Noussair Mazraoui. And they did. Bid was 11.75M+. Same player but AI team offers more to AI team.

Then I created new save. Liverpool. Offered Noussair Mazraoui 6.5M offer. They delayed the transfer and they rejected it. I loaded game again and tried offered them 9M and then they came up with 12M counter offer when I offered them 10M they increased there offer to non-negotiable 12M(14.5M).

So simple question how do i negotiate?

I just can't negotiate with AI.

In beta save AC Milan, Arsenal offered Rafeal Leao 12.5M pounds. He was 22 year old and had transfer value of 67M-75M. Which was unfair. I rejected it. Everyone said that it's because club don't have money start off the season. Fine then just don't offer. And Juventus Making an offer of 2.2M(3.4M) when they have transfer budget of 23.2M is unacceptable.

Maybe someone can help me with negotiation. I've read some guides but it didn't do anything.

So I use control possession tactic with my new Liverpool save. And possession is the big problem.

like this match against Dynamo Kyiv. 37% possession! And this is not one off game. This happens almost everytime. My average possession in premier league is 45% after 6 games and I'm 19th in possession state. I just don't get it.

Just look at the average possession.

Can you guys help me understand whats wrong. Cause I don't get it. I asked it on reddit and non of them were facing issues.

You have a laptop which has a CPU with a low base clock speed and low TDP - this means the CPU will throttle when it warms up under load, meaning it will slow down processing.  So given how CPU intensive the processing between matches can be, you may find the CPU is being restricted to ensure it keeps cool enough, thus slowing performance.

You should be able to handle the high detail match graphics though, given the MX250 installed - that's entirely unrelated to game speed.

Edit: The laptop certainly isn't a potato, but that CPU isn't really ideal for FM.

So the game is CPU heavy. Not on GPU side unless it's match engine. Got it. Thanks for the help.

I have a potato laptop. 

Processer - i5 10th gen(1.0GHZ) 

RAM - 8GB

GRAPHIC CARD - Nvidia MX250 (2GB) 

Storage - 512 Nvme SSD

I start my save with 5 Nation - England, Germany, France, Spain, Italy with large database so around 36,000 database size. Estimated speed of 4 star. Even though FM22 recommends - 5 star graphic and set it to high graphic, I got all the way "very low" . I don't even use 3D match engine. I currently didn't have any face pack, skin, logo pack installed. 

At the start everything is fine. 2 weeks after game gets slower, and slower. First International break came and it took me over 40-45 min to finish one International break. After hitting continue, it just keep processing and processing. What's the reason? I even set details level to minimum. 

Or is it just my laptop?

Before rejecting offer I saved file and tried negotiating they didn't even reach 20M. 

Same thing happed in Tranfer window early, Man city offered Theo Hernadez 20-25 million. Maybe I will try to set an asking price and see what happens.

Currently Managing AC Milan. First season. Arsenal was interested in Rafael Leao. 22 year old with a transfer value of 67-75M pounds. Arsenal manager came to watch the match twice. He also spoke to the media about interest in the player. I thought they must be interested. And a month they came up with an offer. A 12.5M pound offer 12.5M!!!!! Is this a joke if not arsenal is smoking some weird ****. How can this be real? He is not even on the transfer list.

Is this a bug? Should I report it? Did anything like this happen to you in your beta save in FM22?
