Hi

First of all sry for my english. 

 

I bought the FM mobile 21 in the last year. Its worked many times but in the past days always stuck on the loading screen when i want to play. I see the leagues logos but nothing happen anything.

Phone reset: not working, does not change

Reinstall: first time its working but after does not
