I had uploaded it through owncloud with my user name as the save name. The ban has finally disappeared. It seemed to occur once he was picked for the squad, which kind of makes sense, but not sure that's how it happens in real life.

I have a player who seems to be banned from International games for a two yellow cards, however, the suspension is never served no matter how many games England (or U21s) play.

I've added images to show that England and U21s have played games but the ban hasn't been lifted.
