[Error with Advanced rules]

Hello,

I have a problem with the advanced rules when I edit the place for promotions and test be OK, when I go back to the basic rules and go back the numbers I entered are canceled and again i must entered numbers to edit something and again and again when something i want to edit in Advanced rules. 

this annoys me asf

I have problem with Bosnia i downloaded files from ---Scout and Bosnia entered in EU but now still say that i can play 7 foreign player in league ? Is this a BUG or what ?
