[Illogical transfers due to wage demands based on club rep]

Find some transfers still odd. Had a keeper who was a major player for me, was happy, performing well and winning trophies for one of the top 3 rated clubs in the world.

He was on 200k a week and due a new contract. Kept asking for 450k a week, which was beyond what I could (and wanted to) offer. I went as high as 325k with 80k playing fee, 95k clean sheet bonus etc. At one point even offered him 15m signing on fee, but he kept rejecting. Eventually his contract ran down and he stayed on a week by week contract for a few weeks with no successful negotiation.

He has now joined a team lower in the divsion for 210k a week, with 41.5k playing bonus and 41.5k clean sheet bonus.

It makes no sense. It is like the game gets players to ask for more money due to the club they are negotiating with, but are prepared to accept lower terms at smaller clubs. I can understand part of the logic for why it works like this, but it just means illogical transfers like this happen.

Would be nice if there was an easy way to see a stadium where you could, outside of a match, look at the model and rotate it etc.

Could we please get a notification from a player's agent when a shortlisted player gets transfer/loan listed?

[How does the player search work?!]

I've been playing FM since CM days, so this is not a new player question, but I have found something odd or I have never understood how this works...

Scouting -> Player Search

I have reset all filters and turned off the interested in transfer and loan options. I then search for CB who are transfer listed and it does not return all the transfer listed CBs in the game. I am in the Championship and it is not listing a player that I know is transfer listed in the Premier League and is interested in a loan to my club. I thought this search should have returned everyone? Could I be missing lots of transfer listed players?

Whilst I am posting... I also wish when a player on your shortlist gets transfer listed it would notify you - as any sensible agent would contact the club interested in him surely?!
