I’m scared to change any options in my online career mode because we’re already a year and a half into it but having to play our games all at different times is getting quite annoying is there any way of changing that so we all play at once?

It's normally on your manager profile but option not there.
I have looked on Xbox and on Xbox for PC
You can either press the start button and do it that way or click the date at the top and then do it that way

I agree with the controller feedback. It's a little strange.
Aside from that, I'm really enjoying the game so far.
Go to squad tab and click filter on the right somewhere and u can filter the reserve squad.

ANYONR HAVING ISSUES WITH ONLINE CAREER MODE READ THIS!
When in a game online make sure one person stays on the menus and an admin of the server so once the game is over that person then goes to ‘game status’ and clicks on ‘force continue all’ and then selects 5 seconds u will then get past the stuck on compiling press officer report, it works every time on my career and I hope it works with everyone else aswell

Please add the in game editor will help so much for online careers with my mate being a new player he will most likely get sacked.

I play on console version and to be honest I’m not very happy with this years game.
last years was so much better, I feel the new in game screen is like I’m playing a phone game, what happened to having the same screen layout as PC that’s so much better it’s what most of us have began to know and love and another thing about the in game gameplay, it frustrates me how whenever I click on anything it stops the game, even changing game speed will stop play, the tired/injured players message isn’t great and in one instance it said “*players name* is injured” I press B to ignore and 10 seconds later the player goes down injured, ruins the immersive feel.
I really do love football manager as a whole but feel you’ve taken a step backwards this year, I’d like to see you stick to being as close to PC version because that game really is great.
