Hello, i have an bug when i organise a team meeting.

I say that: "We haven't been bad for a while, but I know we can do a lot better. Let's redouble our efforts and give the supporters a reason to come to the stadium" 

my team is supportive, very positive and happy but after I tell them that this is the kind of reaction I wanted they all become frustrated, I load my save to try another choice and it's the same with or without gesture.

So i can't organize team meeting?
