Exactly.  There's absolutely no excuse for it.  The game's updates have been minimal as well so it's no as if there's been a focus elsewhere.

Really really poor this isn't in this release.  Does absolutely nothing to dispel the notion that FM called it in with this release.  VAR in the SPFL has been a talking point for months so really should have been in the beta never mind the official release.

I'm also wondering if the "teams cannot sign more than 6 foreign under 21 players from abroad" rule that Scotland has in the game actually applies to Scotland?  Any mention online I can see of it relates to England and isn't mentioned anywhere in the document posted above or in anything I can see online.
