I have this bug where after half time, everything moves very slowly and the UI is very unresponsive, the game doesn't crash but it is effectively unplayable. For some reason this has only started happening a few months into my first season.

Interesting, YT certainly helps these days. A few of my opinions, feel free to implement or disregard as you see fit :

CLUBS:

-- Improve Olympia's youth and academy ratings to around 7-8, they've really improved over the last couple of years in that department

-- Similarly, South Hobart's youth and academy is brilliant for the level (note that most of their first team this year have come through their academy in the last two-four years) so might be worth bumping. On these two first points, if you've increased them recently then they're probably fine as are, but if it is old data then both clubs should get bumped.

 

PLAYERS (SEMANTICS):

- James Ackerley (CZ) is a natural winger (seen him play RW a fair bit)

- Luke Bighin (KL) should be older -- DOB is 26/09/2000

- Ben Curtis (OW) has played CB this season, should be CB, CDM, CM (never seen him play RB personally though he could have)

- Ewan Larby (SH) spent time at LB this year

 

PLAYERS (POTENTIAL)

-- Not sure what you've done with potentials for the younger players but here are a few that I think could have a career of note in the stronger NPLs or even A-League that should probably have a higher PA than the rest of the youngsters: Joffrey Nkoso (OW), Eddie Bidwell (DS), Lachlan Clark (LC), Ben Curtis (OW), Austin Yost (OW), Fletcher Fulton (RO), Tobias Herweynen (SH), Sam Berezansky (SH) and Kasper Hallam (SH). 

-- In general, best (domestic) players in the league right now are probably Alex Walter (GK), Joel Stone (DS), Joffrey Nkoso (OW), Nick Morton (SH) and Nathan Pitchford (DS).

Out of interest, did you do the research by actually going to NPL Tas games, or just looking at stats? You certainly put a lot of depth into the squads!

Yo whoever did the Tasmanian data this year, awesome work! Its been a long time coming. Only thing I'd like to see is the southern and northern championships cleaned up (eg. get rid of Prospect in the north, add Hobart Utd in the south, retire Shae Hickey at Beach and Hugh Foley at Taroona etc.).
