[Brexit in FM21]

Is it post Brexit effect that signing Donnaruma on free contract in Jan 2021 (his contact with Milan ends in June 2021), his contract with my club starts in 01/01/2022 instead of July 2021?? Similarly Liverpool signed Alaba with same effect..

Am I right saying that due to low VRAM below (other) laptop will not be able to run FM 21 at all? 

Intel Core i3-3120M CPU @ 2.5GHz

Intel HD Graphics 4000 VRAM 32 MB

RAM 8.0 GB

Hi, I was wondering if I will be able to play FM21 on below laptop:

CPU: Intel Core i3 - 3217U CPU@ 1.80 GHz

GPU: GeForce GT 740M 2 GB VRAM

RAM: 4.0 GB
