I've already tried. I downloaded the intel driver and support assistant and it says that there is no uptades avaiable for my system (image attached). I'm downloading manually to see if works, but it says that is not compatible with my system.

Hello to all
I'm not able to open FM20, it is crashing right when I open it, even with all my drivers uptaded. When I configure to open with my integrated GPU, it opens normally (but slowly), the problem seems to be with my NVIDIA graphic (840M). I just see a black screen and a window pops saying DXGI_ERROR_DRIVER_INTERNAL_ERROR.
I don't have this problem with other games, only with FM20. Can you help me?

I have a similar problem: FM does not launch and crashes when I set it to open with NVIDIA Graphics (all drivers already uptaded). It only opens when I set to open with dedicated Intel Graphics, but with very low specs in an unplayable way.

Hi, did you solve this issue? I have the same problem, also with NVIDIA 840M. When I select to open the game with the integrated graphic, the game opens but it is unplayable (very low specs). I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers...

FM20 does not open with NVIDIA GPU

Jimmy, I unistalled the most uptaded NVIDIA driver and GeForce Experience app. Now I think I'm with my first PC's NVIDIA driver (376.54 version instead of 456.38) and it's working! I don't know if it's ideal because the game still gives me only 1 star of graphic rating, but now the matches can be played with 3D graphic without lag.
But I don't think it's as smooth as it shoud be. Do you know how can I set the NVIDIA's configuration to optimaze the game?
I did this changes:
• Changed the 'Power Management Mode' to 'Prefer Maximum Performance'.
• Triple buffering – Off
• Threaded optimization - ON
• Vertical Sync – Off
What bothers me is some small lags when I click on the left tabs on the day-to-day game, but I don't know if this is caused by the graphic card, it must be my processor, right?
