[Error code - 5000]

I'm using Windows10 and I'm not really sure which region my Epic account is on, but I'm from germany, so I think it should be europe/germany.

Yes I bought it via the Epic Game Launcher. There is no pencil next to the World button.  I also don't see an option to directly install the editor via the Epic Game Launcher. It always brings me back to the game.

Hello,

I just bought the In-game Editor and when I click on Downloads the Error code 5000 shows up (see attached screenshot).

I got the game and the editor from the Epic Game Launcher.

So far I tried:

• Restart Epic game launcher and the game
• Reinstallation

Both didn't help.

Any help would be great.
