I am playing the game in English Premier League during the 2nd season in the game, however, there is some weird here.... the reason is for the first year, "i do not need to register the player who age 21 or U21 but they can still can play in the local league match regardless of player's nationality"
However after entering to the 2nd season.,,,, above rule disappeared,,, the rule changed to if player are trained by in Nation/Club (English & Welsh) with the age U23, they don't need to be registered... (so I need to register for the U21 player for English Premier League , for instant ... Fati, Stengs, Luis, Camavinga)... <they are all below age21
Is it a bugs or a new upcoming new rule ? (I have checked with official FA website but no such changing was found)
