[Saves won’t load]

Hey so I was playing fm20 no problem and I saved and quit the game. This morning I try to continue the save but it won’t load. I see that there is a back up but that won’t load either. 
 

I tried to load previous saves but they won’t work either. 
 

I have a Mac if anyone wants to know.
