[[iOS] Too many greyed out players from well known clubs]

This is also my biggest wish for FMT, it would make the game so much better when there's a bigger database possible on tablets. I wouldn't even need more playable leagues, but just more players available in the database

Yeah, every season I also get the same messages about a taking over, and everytime my chairman responds by shrugging them off. I'm not even paying attention to the messages anymore, it's just one of those things I guess

Hey Deego, thanks for this! It's a great example for me on how to keep things simple and not overcomplicate things. I usually overcomplicate the game for myself and that sucks the joy out of it. I just wanted to let you know that this thread has really opened my eyes, together with this excellent thread by Herne. 

It's threads like this which give me insights in how the game works nowadays and it really gives me much more fun playing the game with this approach. Brings back a bit of the good old feelings I got when playing CM 01/02 back in the days: just put your players where they should be and have some fun.

I just wanted to stop by and thank you for this topic, Herne. It gave me really good insights in how this game actually works. I am one of those guys who almost always loses himself in way too many instructions in the TC. This topic gave me some inspiration to try something like this myself with a 4-1-4-1 (or 4-1-2-2-1 as it was called). Having great fun and actually enjoying my save more than I ever did, because I don't lose myself in every little detail anymore. It's not that I don't touch the TC instructions ever, but I'm much more aware of when I need an instruction and what that instruction does. 

Example: I didn't like how rushed my play was, so I added lower tempo. A great little side effect of that change is that I am now seeing great build up play with much intentional posession, and thats even without having any of the usual shouts like high LOE et cetera. I really love it.
