Background - I was on an amazing run with IFK Göteborg and after taking them as far as I could I accepted the manager position at Hamburg SV to go through at the end of the Bundesliga season.
I get to the end of the season and Hamburg were relegated. There was no option to cancel even though in the contract offer they said if they were relegated it could get cancelled.
Am I blind, or is this forced once you accept? Is there a way to get out of this because I don’t want to move only to get sacked when the season ticks over?
