Just a thought what if clubs put clauses in our contracts as the manager where by if I quit or get sacked I can’t manage a team in that league for X amount of years, and if I was to take up a job offer I would lose compensation or either the hiring club or I would have to pay X amount to my previous employer. That way could put some use to the earning one would make through the course of their career.

Can you change or make tweaks to club vision. I'm managing Real Madrid and I'm expected to win everything every season which isn't realistic!

Would it be possible for the next FM to have like a 'Vintage Mode' where the game data base is say from the early 2000's possibly earlier and the wonder kids and re gens coming through are mostly current player? don't know just thought it'd be a good feature to have.

Hi,
I was thinking it may be a good idea to have an agent for a manager who you can instruct to speak to other clubs on your behalf with regards to new jobs or negotiating contract renewals etc?
