[Game won't load via steam]

thank you for your comment. i have successfully managed to update the graphics card.

FM20 worked well for about 4 hours of gameplay over last 3-4 days.

now i have the same issue of crash dumping upon load.

toggled anti-virus, verified game files to no avail.

this is very frustrating. as a new PC player for the full FM game, i can see why people stick to iPad versions.

thanks, and done that. talked with sega support who identified that my device won't install an Intel windows 10 DCH upgrade. 

so a whole new problem. my device says i have the best/latest update when in fact version...7870  is latest but says not validated.

is this likely a root cause to why FM20 isn't working?

newbie here so grateful for any help.

downloaded FM20 via steam and worked well for weeks. suddenly today it gets stuck on purple players load screen once i launch the game.
