How much worse can FM21 be for online players?

Friend and I play FM online for at least 5 years, but this one is complete disaster. Few months ago we found out about transfer bug, which I believe still isn't fixed. And yes, you can say that if we are friends we wouldn't use it to cheat, but this is game in which we put hundreds and sometimes thousands of hours and we have set goals for win so obviously you really want to win. But anyway, we found some way to go over it, we send now each other pics with every transfers and those numbers set in drop down menu are forbidden. But today by complete accident we found out about bug that totally destroy online game. My friend's computer broke and to make long story short I go over there and fix it for him, install new Windows etc. So I install Steam on his PC again, download FM and launch it to make sure it works. It works, so I quit the game take USB on which he saved games (he is server/admin), tactics, graphics almost everything from FM folder in My documents before reinstalling Windows and copy it on new one. So he says let's make sure that save file is intact. We do that, load game and it works. Since we didn't play for few days due to problems with his computer, I wanted to check out what was last we did in game, but since we are next to each other no one wants to type his password and log in/take control of manager (yeah, I know, so much trust between friends). That being said I click on his team and start commenting/checking out his players but then I click on his formation and BOOM - I can see every role, every team and individual instruction in his team. Remember, we didn't log into any manager. Then I click on my team, he can see everything, he can even change instruction and load every other formation that I have saved. He can also go to club info, change one of tabs to pending transfers and see how much money I have or just go to transfer centre and see with whom I negotiate. So needlessly to say, with this much info he can get from my team there is no point in playing the game, even if he promise not to do that - there is always chance and that is enough doubt so that I can't play game relaxed. And transfer bug was already enough, I don't want to pay for game and then put extra steps, regulations and effort so we can play it "normally". Anyway, I really hope that this is some random bug, even though our save worth almost 400 hours is probably lost, and most importantly that at least this doesn't happen in next game because there is no way we are gonna buy the game as we only play online with each other. He will probably  post save file tomorrow on cloud so you can check it out and hopefully fix it.
