  1. Hi there, new to the forums so please excuse any mistakes.

    I’ve been having a problem with FmTouch 19 on my iPad that I am unable to work out the solution too. I’ve been playing it on both my iPad and PC without issue since it’s release but when I went to cross sync one of my saves over to my laptop today I received an error message. I forgot to screenshot this but it was mainly symbols and random letters, almost like html. After this all of the info in the ‘Cloud Saves’ column of cross sync was blank. I assumed maybe my connection to steam cloud was affected somehow so I thought maybe logging out and logging back in might help. When I pressed log out all of my save data both on device and cloud disappeared from the cross sync page. However it still asks me to log out and no matter what I press the window just disappears and takes me back to the start screen, it looks like the attached picture. As a result I have no idea how to get my cross sync saves back... as well as upload any new saves I may make. Any advice would be appreciated.
