I just bought the game from Steam and installed, but when i start the game an error message always shown up, like DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_RESET and DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE

Files already verified, Graphic card drivers updated (AMD RX 5700), Tried without facepacks. And cleared the game cache. 

Weirdly enough the game always crashed outside of games.
I haven't had any weird crash in other applications or games

when i started new game always show error about  graphic card.
