In Motorsport Manager you could save and reload even during the race or just before the start of a GP (so if your drivers have a bad start you could literally "ragequit" and reload to get a better start), so I don't understand what you're talking about

I think that Ozil used in this way is practically useless, if not harmful, he could play well basically only one role and it's and not expected in your tactic. Also i will never put Auba wide on the left, this is a waste of potential.

Get rid of the CM and put in a playmaker or an attacking midfielder to use Ozil in his proper role

I have tested this tactic in my new save with Real Madrid, with some adjustments, and yes, is pretty instoppable. With other tactics I always had difficulties in making the most of players, but in this way they all play to their full potential. 

 

I have also added a version of the same tactic with a pressing that starts from the midfield and with a slower pace of play, to control matches in which i'm ahead or to manage opponents of equal level (liverpool, barcelona etc)
