[German Regionalliga]

I have managed to create a file that properly activates the Regionalligen. This is by no means meant to take away from the wonderful work that others do when they make those more expansive league files. Enjoy!!

Does any experienced editor mind helping me activate the Regionalliga. I know there are typically more in depth files that will eventually pop up for even lower leagues in Germany but I'd just like to be able to activate the Regionalliga quickly to get a save started.

It seems that the full game release has changed the colours for the coach/scout report Icons but nonetheless here are a few examples to show how it highlights the difference between Elite Players and Championship players.

Green: 18 - 20. Separate the absolute elite level attributes in accordance to the scout report 'pros' (the brightest green shows when attributes are 18+)

Yellow: 15 - 17. As per the scout report's 'pros', very good attributes. (darker green shows up when the attribute is within the aforementioned range)

White: 10 - 14. Average for the top level leagues in Europe.

Red: 0 - 9. Depending on the player's position/attribute makeup, the orange icon show in the 'cons' of a scout report when a player's weakest attribute is below 10.

**For lower league this probably wouldn't be the best representation for which attributes are good for the league you play in; but I do find that is represents the quality of top players and their distinct strengths/weaknesses well.**

Also Arias has a optional fee in the game while it's mandatory after 15 games in real life. If you are so aggressive for pretty obvious observations, do you even watch Bundesliga in real life?

I don't think having a spat is of any use here. No need to be rude, I'm sure they are doing their best to get the changes in game. Information is important, so provide reasonably and pack in the toxic behavior.

Another bit of Bayern Munich input. Alexander Nubel and Manuel Neuer have had their respective weak foot reduced from previous iterations. Not quite sure why. Both are known to be proficient with either foot. Understandable if it was felt that they were too strong so at least a 'fairly strong' would be more reflective of their ability rather than 'weak'.

A few changes to the staff for Bayern Munich and Bayern II.
