To add to this, I am also not able to view or add editor files on the "Career Game Setup" screen, despite them being saved in the correct folder.
For some reason FM Editor still saves editor data in Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2022\editor data, even though I've changed my game files folder in Steam.
When I moved editor file from Documents to my game folder\editor data it worked, I can now add editor files to the game.
