[Sponsorship problem]

Hello,

i have played so many seasons, that i actually achieved with Brno (mediocre Czech team) everything i could, including winning Champions League, i won league multipletimes in a row, always reached playoff in Champions League, multiple times reached finals with few wins.

Sounds good right? Well lets get to issue....even after being succesful for many years, my sponsorship is extremely low and no matter how good i do, it stays same. I am actually ranked as second team in the world and Czech league is 10th (which is obviously not good). 
I suppose, it shouldnt work like this. Every year i have problems with FFP, i dont really have money for transfers and sponsorship in general makes really low income compared to how good my team is. I will gladly provide save, that has 500mb and i cannot upload it here, so if u tell me where u want it, i will do it.
I dont really come to this forum, so i might have missplaced topic so i apologize if i did.

I understand pressing is important part of football, but why we even have options for creating legit tactic, when as long as u press magic button for counterpress, increase urgency of pressing and push defensive line atleast to higher, your team is instantly superior towards others. Its so annoying to play always the same thing because other options are simply just weaker. This needs to get changed.
