[Director of Football can’t sign players]

I set my DofF to do all transfers and contract negotiations. I ask for players in the Transfer Target section. But my DofF always says we cannot afford the deal, even freebies and loans! Then I manually do it, and we can easily afford it.
 

this has happened at all levels of clubs.

 

why?

Avast. That doesn't seem to be the problem. has never been an issue before. I have uninstalled steam, reinstalled, and it still will not open (after I changed the download region to australia)

 

I have FM and Steam as exceptions. Steam will not open since I changed the download region to Australia. When I put in my password, it closes. I can see it disappear from 'force quit applications' when I type in my password. previously Steam would open but FM would not.

Thank you, Can you try using Australia as the download region and see if it works, please? You can do this via Steam -> Settings -> Downloads -> Download Region. If it doesn't work I will suggest you to try every region to see if one works.

 

By any chance you have anti-virus installed on the Mac?

I have anti-virus installed, yes

I've changed my download region to Australia.... and now Steam won't open at all.  (I am based in the UK)

Ive solved it - Left click on your desktop. Click Go at the top of your screen. Then Go To Folder. Paste ~/Library/Application Support/   go to Steam.  Delete ONLY Steam.AppBundle Delete Steam from Applications folder. Reinstall steam and login.

i'm having the same issues as described above. I use a Mac, updated to the latest OS
