Can you qualify for the Asian champions league in the current version of the file?

Hey Uncle Sam, first of all I love your work! I am playing a save using your expansion light database and I noticed that compared to the regular database some names of leagues (USL League 2 and some of the subdivisions, USL Championship) are still using their old names (PDL, USL Pro) and they use their old logos too. Would you know why that this happens? Thanks again for your hard work!

I multi-edited them, I just selected about 20 at a time and changed their youth rating that way.

The title pretty much explains what this file does. All countries have been changed to have a 150 youth rating. No other aspect of the countries have been changed (i.e. game importance)
If you all want, I can create a version for 175 and 200 youth rating around the world.

When I started a new save with this database, a couple of the foreign players on Vissel Kobe were duplicated:
Sergi Samper
David Villa
Lucas Podolski
andres iniesta
thomas vermaelen

I am managing Atletico de san francisco in the Dominican Republic, last season I finished second in the table and made it to the finals of playoffs but lost against Cibao. The following season I did not qualify for any Caribbean competitions, is this a bug or am I not understanding how qualification works in this file?
