There is 6 or 7 Leagues that promote into that league, I don't think it would be a good idea to have 6 or 7 relegation places from northern counties east league division 1.

One thing I could do is setup a playoff system for all the League winners and 3 out of the 6 or 7 teams win promotion to the northern counties east league division 1 with 3 teams getting relegated.

Northern Prem League Div 1. 

It worked fine in the first season when i was in the North eastern counties league. 

17th December it looks like.
