I think there might be an issue that the player has cited financial motivations in the text and then opted for the PSG deal however, if you do have a save game from before this transfer goes through it would be good to look at it.

I know there are a lot of factors that decide the player choice. But why are you sure the problem is the text is bugged rather than the mechanism/the factors itself? Unfortunately I don't have the save game before the transfer as I already proceed the game.
