[How to easily find players happy to be a backup when scouting]

I struggle with finding/filtering players that would be happy to just be back-ups. Any advice/tips on how you find these types of players would be appreciated. I am sure there is a filter in the search menu somewhere, just haven't found it yet

[Flickering cursor macbook]

A couple of minutes into playing whenever I boot the game up, the cursor starts flickering. I wouldn't mind this however it also means I struggle to click on any icons. It is only happening with football manager and nothing else on my macbook. Any help would be greatly appreciated as it is making the game unplayable. Thank you!

exactly what I was fearing. Lack of cross-compatibility ruins yet another game for friends I guess. Frustrating but I do understand, cheers for the response

When the xbox game pass join online game issue gets fixed will I (steam user) be able to join my friend’s online save (save created via my friends xbox game pass account)? 

We planned on doing a save together and I’m the only one without the game pass as I’m on mac so they’ve started one. I was just curious if I will be able to join their online game when all this gets fixed or is it a case of steam users can’t join an xbox created online save.

On network save at times everything is unresponsive and have to shut down game
