    As often in real life, inexperienced and lower-tier managers often attend internships and leadership courses hosted by larger clubs or more experienced coaches. 

    This could be a great opportunity for managers to improve their stats and gain new traits. As well as utilizing the accrued salary which is currently a flat-feature that does not affect the experience. 

    The fee required for the internship can vary based on the quality/experience that a manager can gain, thus adding a dynamic choice for players to negotiate their wages or add a clause in their contract. 

    The feature currently exists in some small form but can only apply to support staff in the form of "studying for coaching ... ".
