While the Turkish club has to pay their debts in 1 year instead of 10 years stated on debts with the Turkish fa. I think it is written PAA.

As far as I know Justin Kluivert has an mandatory fee from RB Leipzig depending on certain conditions such as playing time or league position. The future fee is undisclosed but should be around 20-25ml euro. Although no information was given by neither clubs just that there is an option that the deal might be permanent.  
Cetin is not option to buy but mandatory fee (part of Kumbulla deal)  In the beginning was an option to buy but was changed when Roma bought Kumbulla from Verona. Roma has an buy back clause of 15ml.
Mayoral is on a 2 year loan deal. First year Roma has an option to buy for 15ml and 2nd season they can buy him for 20ml. 
Also please move Totti to a legend status from icon. For your own safety. haha  Roma is Totti and Totti is Roma for the fans.
Mhkitaryan is definitely not an icon for the club and not even a favourite personnel.
Dzeko maybe can be moved to icon now?
Smalling is a favourite personnel, the fans and Curva Sud (Roma ultras) wanted him as a captain this year for his commitment to come back to Roma. 
De Sanctis is not the sports director of the club. De Sanctis was responsible to recruit for the primavera.  Roma are still looking to find the sports director . 
Fienga was acting as the sports director for this summer only while they will find the new sports director.
