I am taking control of a young, disjointed squad that is begging for a kick up the rear—the assistant reports that the whole team has a "leadership void". Sounds like I may have to boost the leadership attribute for a few candidates. So, my question is: what criteria should a player meet to benefit the most from a 3-month leadership course? I've had little success with older and experienced players (perhaps due to their personalities?). Any contribution is highly appreciated.
