First time poster who is struggling with FM16, I've played various incarnations of FM over the years and usually end up playing possession 4231. After reading this post I'm determined to make 4141 counter a success. I played a season with Carlisle following the basic principles laid out in the post, sacked. I put the failure down to personnel and also not being able to successfully tweak the tactic in game when I'm on top with possession. What advice would people offer to push on and win when heavily on top? I use no ti or pi and play counter flexible. How much of a change in dynamic would switching to standard make? I'm about to start again with Carlisle following the same principles but would like a bit extra tactical nous.
