This just don't feel realistic at all, how si can say there isn't a problem with managers getting sacked way to easy and in their first season at a club, is just not ok, but surprise, surprise.

So yous are saying that on average in more or less every nations leagues about 8 to 7 managers get sacked a season in real life.

Also the board will not allow me to scout any teams in my league as they are saying it will be to much but i have £200,000 in my scouting budget

I tried to negotiate with them adding £64,000 and then pulling out and my player becoming unhappy. I give up posting on here, i get the same answers all the time, basically there is nothing wrong, yeah course there isn't, I'm only seeing many post about the terrible transfer system, but yeah the transfer system in the game is totally fine. I am not posting nothing else, its totally pointless.

A save file to look into the first would be beneficial.

But how when he is just emergency backup and I'm top of the league and would make my team worse and he's making my other players complain as well that I'm not playing him when he is literally one of the worst midfielders in my team, we both know that wouldn't happen it real life, but yeah ok its justified.

He was in the other players group but just a month before they starting complaining he turned to a influential player, I don't see how, as i don't use him really, as he isn't good enough. He makes a good backup player

No i didn't give him injections i don't do that to no players. I didn't have anyone else to put on the bench so i just filled it with him and he was not nowhere near fit, he was still recovering.

He has played 4 missed 3 played 2 missed 5  but now complaining

Now it's happening every couple of months they will let me employ scouts and then the next month they will stop me from having scouts. This is so annoying knowing it was raised in the beta and nothing was done.

I reported this in the beta and was really surprised it was just left, i have reported it again but pointless reporting it as everything i have reported as literally has just been left, mot been fixed at all

I reported this on the beta, but it's still the same, just reverting back to staffing, you have to keep going back to coaching and then unticking what you want.
