[Strange Job situation]

My Rep is 4 and a half stars World Class and a I have a continental pro license. My adaptability is 14 so not to bad.

I will just carry on with England and see what happens I guess. 

[Strange Job situation]

I have a strange problem.

I was Charlton Manager, getting them from league 1 to the prem and eventually winning 3 leagues titles in a row and and back to back Champions leagues as well as 4 FA cups and 2 league cups. 
I decided the resign after doing the treble and see what jobs would come up hoping for a big side in Europe might want me. 

I had Juventus and Dortmund interview which even though I gave them all the answers they wanted to hear didn't get the jobs. The real Madrid and Inter jobs came up and I wasn't even offered an interview. 
I then interviewed for the Man Utd job which I was offered but turned down as I want to go abroad.

I then took the England job who had just lost the Euros final and sacked their manager. 
I still wanted a club job and waited for a job to become available. 

This is where it went a bit strange. I went one full season and not a single manager in any of the top teams in Europe was sacked. 

Even at the end of the season teams like Chelsea Man City, AC Milan all had poor seasons and the managers jobs were still not being questioned. Also Juventus and Dortmund who turned me down had worse seasons than when I was turned down for the jobs. 

I'm now  5 games into the the next season and there are still no jobs going! 
Has anyone had this happen? I know realistically this could happen in real life but it all seems a bit strange,
