My absolute biggest gripe, is that Morale has way to much influence on the result of a match. I get that if your players are happy they wont play as well. but seriously, If i have superior players and superior tactics. Morale should not be enough of an influence for me to lose the match. The other thing, is when I beat, the top half of the ladder so easily. yet I loose to the bottom 5 teams for no reason whatsoever. the game is so inconsistent that I really dont want to play anymore. And this is from someone who has put in over 500 hours on each version of FM manager since 2012. Im a bit over the crap. its not worth my hours anymore
