[Not allowing to publish to steam]

Hi

 

Have been using the editor for a few years and have released quite a few databases over the years, but this time i am facing a weird issue, all was fine and good until i published 6 databases to steam but after that i am not getting the publish to steam option while saving the database, the buttin is not just clickable...

 

Any help on this would be really appreciated
