I'm managing in Scotland. I control the main team, but the director of football manages the U20 team. (which is fine) However, the U20's formation is modeled after mine. My formation is either a 4-1-4-1 or 4-4-1-1. Which suits the first team, but I want the youth team to play as 4-4-2. How do I change it? 0
